Frederick Holl passed away suddenly Friday afternoon at his home, 921 Liberty street, at the age of 80 years.

He is survived by one son, William of La Crosse; three daughters, Mrs. John Dimon and Miss Hattie Holl of La Crosse, and Mrs. Emma Gibson of Wisconsin Rapids, Wis., two sisters, Mrs. Bertha Schroeder of Racine, Wis., and Mrs. Fred Haiden of South Bend, Ind.; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funderal services will be held at 1:30 p. m. at the home and at 2 p. m. at Emmanual Lutheran church, the Rev. Walter Gutzke officiating and internment will be made in Oak Grove cemetery.

Friends may call at the home Sunday evening.
